Qualification of the. Tenderer 5.1 criteria set out in the tender documents Tenderers shall as part of their bid: (a) Submit a written power of attorney authorizing the signatory of the tender to commit the tenderer; and (b) Update any information submitted with their bids and in any case the information indicated in the schedule’s changes.
