No Strike/Job Action. During the term of this Agreement and any written mutual agreement for the specific extension thereof, no Assistant covered by this Agreement nor the Union nor any person acting on behalf of the Union shall engage in a strike, mass sick call, concerted slowdown, or any other concerted activity designed to disrupt the operation of the District. The Union will not impose any duty or obligation upon any Assistant to conduct, assist or participate in the aforementioned activities.
