No Landlord-Tenant Relationship. Licensee hereby acknowledges that Licensee acquires no rights as a tenant of the Licensed Space and that no landlord-tenant relationship is created hereby.
No Landlord-Tenant Relationship. This Addendum does not create a Landlord-Tenant relationship between Purchaser and Seller, but instead to grants to the Seller a license to use the Property during the Term of this Addendum. Accordingly, Seller does not have the rights of a tenant under Ohio law.
No Landlord-Tenant Relationship. This Agreement does not create a Landlord-Tenant relationship between Seller and Buyer. Buyer does not have the rights of a tenant under New York State law, including but not limited to the Civil Practice Law and Rules, Executive Law, General Obligations Law, Real Property Law, and Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law (“RPAPL”).
No Landlord-Tenant Relationship. The Permittee specifically agrees that this permit does not create the relationship of landlord and tenant between the University and the Permittee regarding the use of the State controlled property to which this permit relates. The relationship of the Permittee to State University of New York and the State of New York arising out of this agreement shall be that of licensee.

Student acknowledges that this Agreement is intended to create a license to use the residence and dining services provided by this Agreement and that this Agreement does not to create a landlord and tenant relationship. Student hereby acknowledges that he/she does not possess any rights as a tenant hereunder and hereby waives any rights of a tenant under federal, state, or local landlord/tenant laws, and waives any and all notices that a landlord would otherwise be required to provide a tenant to terminate any such tenancy. The sole right of Student to use an assigned room and use residence and dining services shall be based upon the revocable license granted under this Agreement.
No Landlord-Tenant Relationship. This agreement is intended only to give the Buyer the right of occupancy pending closing and is not intended to establish a landlord and tenant relationship.
No Landlord-Tenant Relationship. All parties agree that the relationship of Landlord/Tenant is not established by this Agreement and that Shareholder has only a temporary privilege to use the Room for the purpose stated above.

The City acknowledges and agrees that this Lease does create a landlord-tenant relationship subject to Chapter 59.18 RCW and that Sound Transit is not or will not be the owner, lessor, or sublessor of any of the tiny houses placed on the Premises by the City, and Sound Transit is not or will not be the representative of the owner, lessor, or sublessor of the tiny houses placed on the Premises by the City.
No Landlord-Tenant Relationship. The Residential Landlord-Tenant Act (RCW 59.18) does not apply to this Contract. Park Hosts are providing on-site Park Host Services to the City pursuant to this Contract and are not tenants of the City of Sequim.
