Sound Transit definition

Sound Transit means the Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority.
Sound Transit means the Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority, and any other entity to the extent such entity, as permitted under this MOU, is exercising any rights to operate the Light Rail Transit System over any portion of the Light Rail Transit Way pursuant to a specific written grant of such rights by Sound Transit.
