Common use of No Interruption of Work Clause in Contracts

No Interruption of Work. During the determination of a discipline appeal herein, there shall be no interruption of scheduled work relating to the discipline appeal, except as necessary for the employee to meet with their representative. Nothing herein prevents the presentation of testimony, during duty time, for employee-witnesses per prior arrangement with the Department or through subpoena. Scheduling of such witnesses shall be in accordance with operational requirements.
