No Individual Contracts. No Employer and employee shall bargain or contract with each other to do work covered by this Agreement or to do a certain piece of work in a designated time. This bargaining or contracting is "Piece Work" which is not permitted under this Agreement.

No Individual Contracts. The Client confirms that there are no personal agreements between the Client and their broker or any Company employee or agent pertaining to trading within the Client's Company account, including any commitment to assure profits or restrict losses in the account. The Client recognizes their duty to inform the Company's representative promptly in writing about any such agreements. Furthermore, the Client comprehends that any statement made by anyone about the Client's account that contrasts with the Client's Company account reports needs to be immediately notified in writing to the Company's representative. The Client acknowledges that every transaction needs Client's approval before being executed unless the Client has granted discretionary authority to a third party by signing the Company's limited power of attorney. Any controversial transactions must be reported to the Company's AML Compliance Officer in accordance with the notice stipulations of this Agreement. The Client agrees to compensate and safeguard the Company from all damages or liabilities stemming from the Client's failure to notify the Company's representative within 1 (one) business day of any events referred to here. All notices required under this section should be directed to the Company via its email address.

  • Disclosure of Prior State Employment If this Contract is for consulting services under Chapter 2254 of the Texas Government Code, in accordance with Section 2254.033 of the Texas Government Code, Contractor certifies that it does not employ an individual who was employed by System Agency or another agency at any time during the two years preceding the submission of any related Solicitation Response related to this Contract or, in the alternative, Contractor has disclosed in any related Solicitation Response the following:
