No Individual Liability. No Authority Board of Directors member, officer, agent, director, or employee of the Authority shall be charged personally or held contractually liable by or to any other person under the terms or provisions of this Agreement or because of any breach thereof.
No Individual Liability. This Agreement is executed by or on behalf of the trustees of the Fund solely in their capacity as such trustees and shall not constitute their personal obligation either jointly or severally in their individual capacities. In accordance with the Agreement and Declaration of Trust of the Fund, no trustee, shareholder, officer, employee or agent of the Fund shall be held to any personal liability, nor shall resort be had to their private property for the satisfaction of any obligation or claim or otherwise under this Agreement, and the Fund shall be solely liable therefor and all parties hereto shall look solely to the Fund’s property for the payment of any claim, or the performance of any obligation, hereunder. The Collateral Agent shall not have any individual liability in respect of all or any part of the Secured Obligations, and all shall look, subject to the lien and priorities of payment provided herein and in the Loan Documents, only to the property of the Grantors (to the extent provided in the Loan Documents) for payment or satisfaction of the Secured Obligations pursuant to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

The Security Trustee shall have no individual liability in respect of all or any part of the Secured Obligations, and all shall look, subject to the lien and priorities of payment provided herein and in the Indenture, only to the property of the Grantors for payment or satisfaction of the Secured Obligations.

No member, officer, agent, director, or employee of AUTHORITY or AIRLINE shall be charged personally or held contractually liable by or to the other party under the terms or provisions of this Agreement or because of any breach thereof or because of its or their execution or attempted execution.
No Individual Liability. All covenants, stipulations, promises, agreements and obligations of the Borrower or the Lender, as the case may be, contained herein shall be deemed to be the covenants, stipulations, promises, agreements and obligations of the Borrower or the Lender, as the case may be, and not of any member, director, officer, employee, servant or other agent of the Borrower or the Lender in his or her individual capacity, and no recourse shall be had on account of any such covenant, stipulation, promise, agreement or obligation, or for any claim based thereon or hereunder, against any member, director, officer, employee, servant or other agent of the Borrower or the Lender or any natural person executing this Agreement or any related document or instrument; provided that such person is acting within the scope of his or her employment, membership, directorship or agency, as applicable, and not in a manner that constitutes gross negligence or willful misconduct.
No Individual Liability. No elected official, appointed official, employee, servant, agent or law enforcement officer shall be held personally liable under this Agreement and any extension or renewals thereof because of its enforcement or attempted enforcement provided they are acting within the course and scope of their employment or governmental duties and responsibilities.
No Individual Liability. No covenant or agreement contained in this XXXX shall be deemed to be the covenant or agreement of any official, employee, representative or agent of ACC, or any officer, member or limited partner of Owner, in his or her individual capacity, and none of such persons shall be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the execution hereof. The terms of this XXXX do not impose any liability on ACC.
No Individual Liability. In no event shall individual Board members be individually or collectively liable or responsible to the Superintendent for defending or indemnifying the Superintendent against such demands, claims, suits, actions, and legal proceedings.
