No Employment Contract. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall confer upon the Optionee any right with respect to continuance of employment by the Company, nor limit or affect in any manner the right of the Company to terminate the employment or adjust the compensation of the Optionee.
No Employment Contract. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall confer upon the Grantee any right with respect to continuance of employment by the Company, nor limit or affect in any manner the right of the Company to terminate the employment or adjust the compensation of the Grantee.
No Employment Contract. Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement constitutes an employment contract between the Company and the Participant and this Agreement shall not confer upon the Participant any right to continuation of employment with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, nor shall this Agreement interfere in any way with the Company’s or any of its Subsidiaries right to terminate the Participant’s employment or at any time, with or without cause (subject to any employment agreement a Participant may otherwise have with the Company or a Subsidiary thereof and/or applicable law).
No Employment Contract. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to be an employment contract between the Executive and Fidelity.
No Employment Contract. This Award Agreement does not confer on Participant any right to continued employment for any period of time, and is not an employment contract.
No Employment Contract. Nothing in this Agreement will be construed as creating an employment contract between the Executive and the Company prior to Change in Control.
No Employment Contract. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to be an employment contract between Executive and Employer. Executive is employed at will and Employer may terminate his employment at any time, with or without cause.

The Participant acknowledges that this Agreement does not constitute a contract for employment for any period of time and does not modify the at will nature of the Participant’s employment with the Company, pursuant to which both the Company and the Participant may terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any or no reason, with or without notice.
No Employment Contract. The Employee understands that this Agreement does not constitute a contract of employment and does not imply that his employment will continue for any period of time.
No Employment Contract. Except to the extent the terms of any separate written employment contract between Employee and Company may expressly provide otherwise, Company shall be under no obligation to continue Employee’s employment with Company for any period of specific duration and may terminate such employment at any time, for Cause or as a Termination Without Cause.
