Waste Receptacles. 1. Clean waste receptacles inside and out to make sure no hand marks, dirt smudges or dirty water marks are visible.
Waste Receptacles. 1. Remove all waste from indoor trash receptacles and transport this waste to centralized collection point outside of the building.
2. All waste, with the exception of flattened cardboard boxes, is to be in plastic bag containers - closed at the top - before being placed in centralized collector.
3. Place clean plastic bag liner inside of waste receptacle making sure top edge is banded to top of receptacle in a neat manner.
4. Pick up loose paper and material around trash collection area. Transport flattened cardboard boxes to waste collection point outside of building.

Waste Receptacles. All waste receptacles will be emptied, and returned to their original locations. The liner will be replaced when necessary, no less than once per week, with all liners fitting neatly and with a minimum of overhang. If applicable, all surfaces will be damp wiped to remove streaks and runs as needed. All trash, including labeled recyclable materials (where applicable), will be removed to a designated area. Recycling containers will be provided for the Contractor’s use.
