Monetarv Comoensation. 10.1 Basis of Pav. Employees shall be paid in accordance with the Compensation Schedule which is attached as Appendix A. An employee's rate shall be determined based on his/her job title and the grade to which that position is assigned. The employee's established rate of pay shall be used in determining overtime pay, lost time, group life insurance premiums and other staff benefits. Subject to the provisions of article 13.1, an employee who is temporarily assigned to work in another classification shall receive his/her rate of payor the rate assigned to the classification, whichever is greater.
