Missed Lessons. Any lesson missed by the student shall be paid for unless otherwise agreed with the teacher. If the teacher is unavailable to give any scheduled lesson, the lesson will be carried forward to another date. If this is not possible, any fee already paid will be refunded or used to pay for a future lesson.

Missed Lessons. The Teacher will charge for any scheduled lessons which the Pupil does not attend, unless either i) the Pupil (or the Pupil’s parent or carer) has given the Teacher at least 48 hours’ written notice or ii) the Teacher chooses not to do so because of exceptional circumstances. Failure to comply with this may render the student liable to pay the next half-terms fees. The school reserves the right to terminate lessons with immediate effect if a student becomes physically or verbally abusive towards a tutor.
