Minimum staffing rules. Minimum staffing rules for management of evacuation and adequate operational staffing apply at the cost of the Hirer. In a usage mode where the theatre/multi-purpose space is in use, required minimum operational staff include:  Event Manager  Supervising Technician  Concierge  Floor Manager Two (2) ACA Sydney staff members (one being a Concierge) must be present at all times the Venue is occupied by an external hirer, their performers, staff, or associates, and the Hirer will be charged accordingly. The Supervising Technician must be in attendance when technical equipment in the theatre/multi-purpose space is in use. Required other staff may include:  Two (2) ushers for events with fewer than 000 xxxxxxxxx  Three (3) ushers for event with 150 or more attendees  Stage manager for events with performance elements  Second technical operator (if using two or more of lighting, sound, and video) The role of xxxxx may be performed by a person who is over the age of 16 and has been inducted as an ACA Sydney usher. If Hirers are providing staff, ACA Sydney must be informed in writing at least one week in advance of details regarding such staff members including the provision of copies of any required certifications. If non-ACA Sydney employed ushers are agreed, but not provided, charges will apply. Ushers and stage managers must be present one hour and 15 minutes before the scheduled audience arrival time to be inducted into emergency evacuation procedures. All event staff will work under the direct supervision of ACA Sydney’s Event Manager or as designated to the Floor Manager. Minimum operational staff may vary in other usage modes where the theatre/multi-purpose space is not in use.

  • Minimum Staffing The Employer agrees to employ sufficient registered staff and health care aides/ Personal Support Workers to meet the staffing needs that may be set from time to time by statute and/or regulation. In the event that there is insufficient staffing to meet this undertaking, the Employer will post vacancies so that any unmet care undertaking will be satisfied.

Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Quality Assurance Requirements There are no special Quality Assurance requirements under this Agreement.
