Technical Operator definition

Technical Operator means the person appointed to that role by MDL from time to time. At the commencement of this Operating Code, the Technical Operator is NGC New Zealand Limited.

Technical Operator has the meaning given to such term in Section I.B.1(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Design-build team means an entity that consists of:

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
