Minimum staff. It is agreed that when the movie house is in operation, the Employer must assign a sufficient number of people to perform all the duties applying to the bargaining unit. The salaried person can be assigned to one or many of the activity cover by the certification as mentioned in article 2.01.
Minimum staff. Time worked outside the schedule for "Normal Workdays" in order to maintain a minimum level of staffing. "Minimum Staff" time will be compensated at the rate of a minimum of two (2) hours pay or actual time worked, whichever is greater, at time and one-half of the "Regular Rate of Pay." For the purpose only of clarifying an existing management prerogative, the department administration may at its discretion establish minimum staffing levels.
