Common use of Military Leave Clause in Contracts

Military Leave. An employee will be granted unpaid Military Leave in accordance with the Employment Standards Act. The employee will give as much notice as is reasonably possible and will provide a copy of the Military Notice when received. Subject to operational requirements, an employee may be granted unpaid leave without loss of service or seniority to meet obligations pertaining to the Canadian Military Reserve for leaves not covered by the Employment Standards Act, Reservist Leave.

Military Leave. An employee will be granted unpaid leave without loss of seniority in order to meet any obligations pertaining to the Canadian Military Leave in accordance with the Employment Standards ActReserve. The employee will give as much notice as is reasonably possible and will provide a copy of the Military Notice when received. Subject to operational requirements, an employee may be granted unpaid leave without loss of service or seniority to meet obligations pertaining to the Canadian Military Reserve for leaves not covered by the Employment Standards Act, Reservist Leavepossible.

Military Leave. An employee will be granted unpaid leave without loss of seniority in order to meet any obligations pertaining to the Canadian Military Leave in accordance with the Employment Standards Actreserve. The Employee will give as much notice as reasonably possible.

The Employee will give as much notice as reasonably possible.

Military Leave. An employee will be granted unpaid Military Leave military leave in accordance with the Ontario Employment Standards Act, in addition unpaid leaves may be granted for the purpose of fulfilling their military training. The employee will give as much notice as is reasonably possible and will provide a copy of the Military Notice military notice when received. Subject Seniority will continue to operational requirements, an employee may be granted unpaid leave without loss accrue on such leaves and service will accrue in accordance with the effect of service or seniority to meet obligations pertaining to absence provisions within the Canadian Military Reserve for leaves not covered by the Employment Standards Act, Reservist Leavecollective agreement.

Military Leave.
