Common use of Military Leave of Absence Clause in Contracts

Military Leave of Absence. a. Approval—A unit member entering military service, upon written application and with the approval of the superintendent, may be granted leave of absence without pay, in accordance with the state regulations. A copy of the military orders must accompany the request for leave.
