Common use of Military Leave of Absence Clause in Contracts

Military Leave of Absence. Employees may be absent on military leave as authorized in Sections 395 through 395.8 of the Military and Veterans Code of California. An employee shall receive their City pay for a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days each fiscal year as authorized in Sections 395 through 395.8 of the Military and Veterans Code of California.
