MIDDLE EAST TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY. ERASMUS+ STAFF CONTRACT I, hereby, would like to confirm that I have been informed of my rights and responsibilities regarding Erasmus+ program for which I am selected through International Cooperations Office (ICO) webpage and information notes circulated. Moreover, I would like to confirm that I have been informed of the procedures, which are not within the responsibility of ICO and these procedures are totally my personal responsibilities and duties: I am responsible for making my travel arrangements and having a valid passport/visa to travel; in case of any problem/cancellation or rejection about the travel arrangements and passport/visa, I will not claim any reimbursement for my travel expenses. Additionally, I am responsible for acquiring a health insurance (whose type depends upon the requirement of the program) valid during my Erasmus+ Program, which covers the expenses in case of any treatment required at the host country.
