Medical Benefits for Part-Time Employees. Effective with the signing of this agreement, employees who work less than twenty (20) hours per week shall not be eligible for any benefits. Part-time employees who received dental and prescription benefits prior to the signing of this Agreement shall retain such benefits while they remain in the employ of the Xxxxxxx Township Board of Education.

Medical Benefits for Part-Time Employees. All newly hired Employees or Employees transferring to part-time will be offered single health coverage only. Part-time hours of employment are twenty-four (24) hours per week. All existing part-time Employees will have their medical benefits grandfathered.
Medical Benefits for Part-Time Employees. Eligibility for medical benefits for part-time employees will be determined based on a measurement and stability period as follows: Employees who have worked an average of 30 or more hours per week in the applicable measurement period pursuant to the Affordable Care Act, will be offered the same medical benefit options as full-time employees for the employee only tier (assessed on an annual basis) for the employee only. Coverage for eligible dependents is available at the employee’s expense. Participation is optional for all eligible employees.

  • Benefits for Part-Time Employees (a) A part-time employee including a casual employee, and a temporary employee shall receive in lieu of all fringe benefits (being those benefits to an employee, paid in whole or part by the Hospital, as part of direct compensation or otherwise, including holiday pay, save and except salary, vacation pay, standby pay, call back pay, reporting pay, responsibility allowance, jury and witness duty, bereavement pay, and maternity supplemental unemployment benefits) an amount equal to 14% of his/her regular straight time hourly rate for all straight time hours paid.

  • Medical Benefits The Company shall reimburse the Employee for the cost of the Employee's group health, vision and dental plan coverage in effect until the end of the Termination Period.
