Common use of Mandatory Higher Education Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Higher Education. Employees who are required to obtain 27 additional formal education beyond that initially required for employment shall be allowed time off 28 from work with pay to attend classes/seminars with scheduling approval of same at the sole discretion 1 of management.

Mandatory Higher Education. Employees who are required to obtain 27 18 additional formal education beyond that initially required for employment shall be allowed time off 28 19 from work with pay to attend classes/seminars with scheduling approval of same at the sole discretion 1 20 of management.
