Maintenance by City. Except for the responsibilities assigned to CCA under subparagraph 2(c) above, the City shall maintain the appearance and general condition of the Property in a neat and clean manner. Maintenance Costs incurred by the City shall be evenly split between the parties. The City will xxxx CCA for such costs via itemized invoices, which must be paid within 30 days of receipt by CCA.
Maintenance by City. If City, pursuant to the Maintenance Agreement, performs work of any nature, or expends any funds in the performance of said work for labor, use of equipment, supplies, materials, or other matters to place the Facilities in good working order, Owner shall reimburse City within thirty (30) days of receipt thereof for all the costs incurred by City for said work. The work shall act as a lien against the Property. If not paid within the prescribed time period, City shall be entitled to record notice of a lien against the Property in the amount of such costs. The actions described in this section are in addition to and not in lieu of any other legal remedies available to City as a result of Owner’s failure to maintain the Facilities.
Maintenance by City. City shall keep the public areas of the Terminal Complex neat, orderly, sanitary and presentable, including providing with respect to the Leased Premises such maintenance and cleaning services as are specified on Exhibit .
Maintenance by City. The City will maintain the lower walkway along the St. Croix River.
Maintenance by City. The City shall be responsible for the routine care and maintenance of the Leased Premises, including normal and reasonable cleaning and the removal of all trash, litter, and waste from the Leased Premises.
Maintenance by City. City has no maintenance or repair obligations for the Communications Equipment or other Wireless Provider’s Improvements.
Maintenance by City. 2.2.1 LAWA shall provide general upkeep and maintenance of the Childcare Center, including repairs and reasonable replacement of necessary furniture, furnishings, fixtures, and installed equipment.
Maintenance by City. City shall be responsible for the Garage structure and repair of all leaks, walls, electrical and mechanical systems, and any other capital component of the Garage structure.
Maintenance by City. City shall maintain in good condition the structural and exterior components of the building. City shall not be obligated to repair or replace any fixtures or equipment installed by Licensee. City shall not be obligated to make any repair or replacement occasioned by act or omission of Licensee, its employees, agents, invitees or licensees. City shall maintain the parking lot, landscaping and common areas in good condition and repair. City shall maintain in good condition and repair the plumbing and electrical systems. City shall keep the sidewalks adjacent to the premises at all times in good, neat, clean, safe and sanitary condition and repair, free from snow, waste or nuisance thereon.
Maintenance by City. Item 2: Last 2 sentences of Item 2 removed as it is an obligation of the Developer already covered under Part Three, Clause 3.21 of the Agreement.
