Childcare center definition

Childcare center means any facility which regularly receives thirteen or more children for childcare.
Childcare center means a childcare program that is defined in Section 63‑13‑20.
Childcare center means a facility that is licensed; is operated according to law, including laws and regulations applicable to childcare facilities; and provides care and supervision for children in a group setting on a regular daily basis.
