MACHINISTS NON-PARTISAN POLITICAL LEAGUE. The Company agrees to provide the opportunity for bargaining unit employees to contribute through payroll deduction to the Machinists’ Non-Partisan Political League; however, reasonable administrative costs incurred by the Company in providing this will be reimbursed by the Union.
MACHINISTS NON-PARTISAN POLITICAL LEAGUE. 13 The Company will deduct from the employee's wages and turn over to the Treasurer of 14 the Machinists Non-Partisan Political League (MNPL) contributions by any employee, 15 who desires to make such contributions to said MNPL and who individually and 16 voluntarily authorizes the Company in writing, on an authorization form mutually agreed 17 to between the Company and the Union, to make such deductions. The Company hereby agrees to honor contribution deduction authorization from its employees who are Union members, in the following form: I, , Social Security No. hereby authorize and direct SIGNATURE FLIGHT SUPPORT-A DELAWARE CORPORATION to deduct monthly from my wages the sum of $ , and forward this amount monthly to the Treasurer of the Machinists Non-Partisan Political League at 0000 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, X.X., Xxxxxxxxxx, X.X., 00000. I hereby authorize that the above amount be deducted each month from my second paycheck for the month. I have executed this wage deduction authorization voluntarily, without any coercion, duress or intimidation, and none of the monies deducted are a part of my dues or membership fees to the Local Union. This authorization and the making of payments to the MNPL are not conditions of membership in the Union or employment with the Company, and I understand that the money will be used by MNPL to make contributions and expenditures in connection with federal elections. Such deductions shall be made in accordance with instructions on said authorization card which has been delivered by the Union to the Payroll Department of the Company, and shall be deducted each week from the employee’s paycheck for that week while the employee is on the active payroll.
