Lost Dog. You agree to make a serious effort to find the Dog if it becomes lost, by immediately (a) filing lost reports with the local police, animal control authorities, animal shelters, SPCA’s and local veterinarians & pet stores, (b) posting lost dog signs (c) running lost dog adds in your local paper and (d) contacting CHAIN OF LOVE ABANDONED ANIMALS RESCUE, INC. for additional advice and/or help.

If the dog has not been spayed or neutered prior to adoption the dog will remain with the rescue until surgery has been schedule and during their recovery period. I understand that this dog is a rescue and that All My Tomorrows Pet rescue makes no guarantee as to its future temperament or behavior. I understand that All My Tomorrows Pet Rescue is not liable for any damage to person or property that is caused by the dog that I have adopted, and that All My Tomorrows Pet Rescue is not financially or legally responsible for medical or any other expenses incurred by this dog once the adoption agreement has been signed. As part of this adoption we would like to be able to make follow-up visits or phone calls to see how you and your new adopted pup are doing. We will contact you in 2 months and again in 6 months from the adoption date. Again, thank you for welcoming in this rescue and giving them their forever home.   • Lost Items The Credit Union, in receiving items from you for withdrawal or deposit, acts only as your agent and reserves the right to reverse the credit for any deposited items or to charge your account for the items should they become lost in the collection process.

  • Lost ADRs, etc In case any ADR shall be mutilated, destroyed, lost, or stolen, the Depositary shall execute and deliver a new ADR of like tenor at the expense of the Holder (a) in the case of a mutilated ADR, in exchange of and substitution for such mutilated ADR upon cancellation thereof, or (b) in the case of a destroyed, lost or stolen ADR, in lieu of and in substitution for such destroyed, lost, or stolen ADR, after the Holder thereof (i) has submitted to the Depositary a written request for such exchange and substitution before the Depositary has notice that the ADR has been acquired by a bona fide purchaser, (ii) has provided such security or indemnity (including an indemnity bond) as may be required by the Depositary to save it and any of its agents harmless, and (iii) has satisfied any other reasonable requirements imposed by the Depositary, including, without limitation, evidence satisfactory to the Depositary of such destruction, loss or theft of such ADR, the authenticity thereof and the Holder’s ownership thereof.

  • Punitive Damages The Administrative Agent, the Lenders and the Borrower hereby agree that no such Person shall have a remedy of punitive or exemplary damages against any other party to a Loan Document and each such Person hereby waives any right or claim to punitive or exemplary damages that they may now have or may arise in the future in connection with any Dispute, whether such Dispute is resolved through arbitration or judicially.

  • NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES In no event shall either Party be liable to the other Party for, and no arbitral panel is authorized to award, any punitive, special, indirect or consequential damages of any kind or character resulting from or arising out of this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss of profits or business interruptions, however they may be caused.

  • Lost or Stolen Checks The Transfer Agent will replace lost or stolen checks issued to shareholders upon receipt of proper notification and will maintain any stop payment orders against the lost or stolen checks as it is economically desirable to do.
