Common use of Lost Dog Clause in Contracts

Lost Dog. You agree to make a serious effort to find the Dog if it becomes lost, by immediately (a) filing lost reports with the local police, animal control authorities, animal shelters, SPCA’s and local veterinarians & pet stores, (b) posting lost dog signs (c) running lost dog adds in your local paper and (d) contacting CHAIN OF LOVE ABANDONED ANIMALS RESCUE, INC. for additional advice and/or help.

Lost Dog. Lost Dog. You also agree to make a an immediate and serious effort to find the Dog if it becomes lost, by (a) contacting the Rescue immediately (ab) filing lost reports with the local police, animal control authorities, animal shelters, SPCA’s SPCAs and local veterinarians & and pet stores, (bc) posting post lost dog signs (cd) running place lost dog adds ads in your local paper and (d) contacting CHAIN OF LOVE ABANDONED ANIMALS RESCUE, INC. for additional advice and/or helppaper.
