Log Transfer Facilities a. Subject to the requirements of paragraph E.3 below, DNR shall grant to the United States a tideland easement with a term of fifty-five (55) years for each LTF site as represented on a State-approved easement diagram. The easement granted by DNR shall be substantially similar in form to Attachment E, and is subject to the reservations in paragraph E.1.b. Such easement shall confer upon the United States the non-exclusive right to utilize the site, at no charge, and shall be renewable. The easement shall generally encumber approximately ten (10) acres for each LTF site. The grant of easements shall be in accordance with the schedule of priorities prepared by the United States, which appears as Attachment F and is hereby incorporated into this MOU. If, for any reason, DNR rejects a particular site for an LTF easement, the Forest Service shall have the opportunity to select an alternative site in the area that will serve its needs. All easements shall be applied for within fifty years of the effective date of this MOU.

  • CONNECTING TRANSMISSION OWNER’S INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES As depicted on the one-line diagram in Attachment 3, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities consist of the following constructed or installed between the POI and PCO, as well as metering and telecommunications located at the Xxxxxxxxx Solar Collector Substation.

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.

  • FUND TRANSFER FACILITIES VIA TBS The Account Holder may apply, in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing and the Bank may, in its reasonable discretion, permit the Account Holder to operate such fund transfer facilities via the TBS, including without limitation, GIRO or direct debit banking system as may be made available by the Bank from time to time. The Account Holder acknowledges that the operation of such fund transfer facilities shall be subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing such facilities.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at the sole expense of the Developer.

  • Interconnection Facility Options The Intercarrier Compensation provisions of this Agreement shall apply to the exchange of Exchange Service (EAS/Local) traffic between CLEC's network and Qwest's network. Where either Party acts as an IntraLATA Toll provider, each Party shall xxxx the other the appropriate charges pursuant to its respective tariff or price lists. Where either Party interconnects and delivers traffic to the other from third parties, each Party shall xxxx such third parties the appropriate charges pursuant to its respective tariffs, price lists or contractual offerings for such third party terminations. Absent a separately negotiated agreement to the contrary, the Parties will directly exchange traffic between their respective networks without the use of third party transit providers.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • TEACHER FACILITIES A. Each school shall have the following facilities:

  • Attachment Facilities Not applicable, because there are no CTOAFs for the Merchant Transmission Facility that are covered by this Agreement.

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to CBB.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.
