Less than one week. Any employee required (for at least 5 hours on any shift but less than one week) to relieve another employee on a higher classification for which a higher rate of pay than they are receiving is fixed by the Agreement, shall be paid $3.91 per shift extra. This allowance will receive the following percentage increase: • From lodgement of agreement - $4.23 per shift • 4% from 1st pay period commencing on or after 1 July 2008 - $4.40 per shift
