Time in Lieu. (a) An Employee may, with the consent of the Employer, elect to take time off in lieu of payment for overtime worked (including where recalled to duty) for a period equivalent to the overtime worked, plus a period equivalent to the overtime penalty incurred or a combination of time off and payment to the same value.
Time in Lieu. (a) An Education Support Employee with an entitlement under clause 65.5 may elect, with the consent of the Employer, to take time off in lieu of payment for overtime at a time or times agreed with the Employer.
Time in Lieu. 6.3.1 All time worked by Employees in excess of 152 hours per four week period shall be considered as time in lieu. Employees may accumulate time in lieu indefinitely and elect to use any accumulated hours as time off work during normal working hours.
Time in Lieu. If you would prefer to take time in lieu instead of overtime payment for additional hours, you can request this. Time in lieu is taken on an hour for hour basis and must be approved by your manager. If the time off is not taken within 4 weeks, you will be paid for the additional hours at the above overtime rates.
Time in Lieu. Equivalent time off in lieu of payment for work performed outside normal hours may be granted at the discretion of the Manager.
Time in Lieu. Authorized overtime will be paid at the appropriate rate; however, where an employee and the supervisor concerned agree prior to overtime being worked, overtime may be banked and taken as equivalent time off, subject to the following regulations:
Time in Lieu teachers For the purposes of this clause “school activity” means a structured activity organised by the school such as a parent teacher meeting, camp, excursion, concert, parent information session or after-hours sport.
Time in Lieu. 4.4.1 To promote flexibility in the Workplace, the Company and an individual Employee may agree to allow the Employee to work additional hours outside his/her ordinary work day to be taken as time in lieu.

Time in Lieu. 13.6.1 All overtime shall be paid as time in lieu at the appropriate rate. Exceptions shall be seasonal staff in situations where it would not be practical to give them time off. Should this situation occur overtime would be paid out with their final pay cheque.
