In the event of divergence in understanding of viewpoints or clarification in the Agreement, both parties shall negotiate with each other amicably and seek to bridge the differences. Neither party shall engage in activities that negatively affect the reputation of each other and their members. Furthermore, it is understood that this MOU is conceived as a dynamic document meant to change as circumstances and priorities warrant.
