Mutual Objectives. Development of the Project in accordance with this Agreement will provide for the orderly development of the Project in accordance with the objectives set forth in the General Plan, the DRSP and the ARSP. Moreover, a development agreement for the Project will eliminate uncertainty in planning for and securing orderly development of the Project, assure installation of necessary improvements, assure attainment of maximum efficient resource utilization within the City at the least economic cost to its citizens and otherwise achieve the goals and purposes for which the Development Agreement Act was enacted. The Parties believe that such orderly development of the Project will provide many public benefits to the City through the imposition of development standards and requirements under the provisions and conditions of this Agreement, including without limitation: increased tax revenues, installation of on-site and off-site improvements, payment towards park improvements, affordable housing, workforce development and job creation. Additionally, although development of the Project in accordance with this Agreement will restrain the City’s land use or other relevant police powers, the Agreement provides the City with sufficient reserved powers during the Term hereof to remain responsible and accountable to its residents. In exchange for these and other benefits to the City, Disney will receive assurance that the Project may be developed during the Term of this Agreement in accordance with the Applicable Rules and Reserved Powers and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Moreover, this Agreement provides additional assurance to the City and Developer that, should Developer proceed with the Project, the installation of necessary improvements will occur in the manner set forth in the Existing Approvals and otherwise achieve the goals and purposes for which the Development Agreement Act was enacted. Mutual Objectives. 8.1.1 The APSA shall support attainment of the following mutual objectives at the State and local levels through contracts, grants, policies and procedures: • A collaborative, community-based, interagency child identification process to locate, evaluate, assess and identify all infants and toddlers who may be eligible for early intervention services; • Comprehensive service coordination to ensure that families of referred and/or eligible infants and toddlers and their families receive the appropriate services and supports to be competent and confident of their ability to support their child’s participation in natural environments and. are provided procedural safeguards; • An Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) for families of eligible infants and toddlers that that builds upon existing informal and formal resources available to the family; • Appropriate and necessary team-based services in the context of the family’s routines, activities and relationships as identified on the IFSP utilizing available public and private funding sources; • An effective and efficient transition from early intervention services to preschool special education or other appropriate programs and services to support school readiness: • Effective and consistent recruitment and retention strategies to identify and increase the number of qualified professionals statewide; • Adequate state capacity to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ professional development of the early childhood education workforce to ensure the inclusion of children with developmental disabilities in all everyday routines and activities, within the home, community, and formal and informal child care programs; • Effective and accurate utilization of the AzEIP data system for data informed decision-making to support the promotion of a statewide interagency system. • Effective General Supervision, including AzEIP’s State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report, AzEIP Policies and Procedures and effective implementation, dispute resolution, data processes and results, integrated monitoring activities, technical assistance and professional development, improvement, correction, incentives, sanctions, and fiscal management; and • Assurance that a comprehensive, coordinated, interagency system of early intervention services for Arizona’s families and children with disabilities or delays is consistently implemented by the APSA through coordinated system and policy development, implementation and evaluation that ensures compliance with IDEA, ...
Mutual Objectives. The parties are committed to maintaining and improving productivity, efficiency and flexibility, which will in turn maintain and increase the ability of the Employer to deliver the best possible service to the community.
Mutual Objectives. The parties to this Agreement are committed to maintaining and improving productivity, efficiency and flexibility, which in turn will, at least, maintain and/or increase the Company's competitiveness and offer secure and worthwhile employment for its employees. It is recognised that the parties to this Agreement need to adopt a consultative and participative approach to increased efficiency and sustained productivity across all of the Company operations. Specific objectives of this Agreement are: -
6.1 To improve the efficiency and productivity of the Company by ensuring work practices are attuned to the current and future needs of the enterprise.
6.2 To promote discussion and effective implementation of the Company's Continuous Improvement Process.
6.3 To operate a safe road transport operation for the benefit of the Company and other road users.
6.4 To constantly seek improvement in safety service standards, efficiency, housekeeping and work environment. Clean and tidy housekeeping in the workplace is a high priority and employees will assist management in ensuring that required standards are attained.
6.5 To eliminate any site demarcations and/or restrictive work practices.
6.6 To take all steps necessary to avoid any action which disrupts continuity of operation by resolving employee concerns effectively and speedily
6.7 To attain the Company's objective of providing customers with a superior level of transport logistics service with minimal freight damages or losses and at a cost level which is commercially competitive.
6.8 To establish and maintain long-term partnerships with the Company's customers.
6.9 To ensure that all care and attention is exercised in ensuring that paperwork is accurate and that paperwork procedures are adhered to.

The Parties believe that such orderly development of the Project will provide public benefits, as described in Section 2.3.1, to the City through the imposition of development standards and requirements under the provisions and conditions of this Agreement, including without limitation increased tax revenues, creation and retention of jobs, improvements to the Metro North Hollywood Station as determined in accordance with the Joint Development and Option Agreement with Metro, creation of new market-rate and affordable housing as part of a transit oriented development at a transit station, implementation of a comprehensive public art program, implementation of streetscape improvements and enhancement of the pedestrian environment, resulting in benefits to the City. Additionally, although development of the Project in accordance with this Agreement will restrain the City’s land use or other relevant police powers, this Agreement provides the City with sufficient Reserved Powers during the Term hereof to remain responsible and accountable to its residents. In exchange for these and other benefits to City, the Developer will receive assurance that the Project may be developed during the Term of this Agreement in accordance with the Applicable Rules, Project Approvals and Reserved Powers, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Mutual Objectives. 1. Assure that all Title XIX and Title XXI eligible recipients under the age of 21 and their families are informed of the EPSDT benefit and how to access it.
2. Assure that assistance is provided to children and their families in determining their eligibility for participation in South Dakota Medicaid.
3. Assure early and appropriate intervention and screening so that diagnosis and treatment occur in a timely manner.
4. Establish a medical home for those eligible children receiving EPSDT service coordination activities.
5. Assure that services are of sufficient amount, duration and scope to correct or ameliorate the condition for which they were determined to be medically necessary.
6. Assure that services are provided by appropriate Medicaid enrolled providers for the correction or amelioration of conditions identified through a periodic or interperiodic EPSDT screen.
