Lease and License a. Supra leases and licenses to Keyholder for the Term (as defined in Section 3 below) the XpressKEY (which may be new or refurbished) and its Software, if chosen; or grants to Keyholder a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the xXXX Professional Software or xXXX Basic Software (collectively, the “xXXX”), if chosen.
Lease and License a. ActiveKEY. If Keyholder has selected the ActiveKEY (the “ActiveKEY”), Organization leases to Keyholder, and Keyholder leases from Organization, the ActiveKEY (which may be new or refurbished). The equipment and software incorporated in the ActiveKEY enables the Keyholder to obtain a current update code for the ActiveKEY; to open and perform other iBox functions with the ActiveKEY; and to upload property-showing data with the ActiveKEY.
Lease and License a. XpressKey. If Keyholder has selected the XpressKey (the “XpressKey”), Organization leases to Keyholder, and Keyholder leases from Organization, the XpressKey (which may be new or refurbished). In addition, Organization grants to Keyholder (i) a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable sub-license to use the network, the use of which Organization licenses from UTC Fire & Security Americas Corporation, Inc. (“UTCFS”), which is necessary for the use and operation of the XpressKey (the “Network”) for the Term (as defined in Section 3 below) and (ii) a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable, revocable sub-license to use the software Organization licenses from UTCFS (the "Software") for the Term. The equipment and software incorporated in the XpressKey enable the Keyholder to obtain a current update code for the XpressKey; to open and perform other iBox functions with the XpressKey; and to upload property-showing data with the XpressKey.

Lease and License a. ActiveKEY. If Keyholder has selected the ActiveKEY (“ActiveKEY”) in Exhibit A attached hereto, GE leases to Keyholder for the Term (as defined in Section 2(b) below), and Keyholder agrees to lease, the equipment (which may be new or refurbished) incorporated in the ActiveKEY. In such case, GE also grants to Keyholder, and Keyholder accepts, a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the Term to use the software incorporated in the ActiveKEY. The equipment and software incorporated in the ActiveKEY enable the Keyholder to obtain a current update code for the ActiveKEY; to open and perform other iBox functions with the ActiveKEY; and to upload property showing data with the ActiveKEY.
Lease and License. On the terms set forth in this Agreement Nu Skin agrees to lease to you, and you agree to lease from Nu Skin, the Scanner, and Nu Skin hereby licenses to you the Related Software, all in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement provided, however, that this Agree- ment shall only become ettective upon the signing of all documents required pursuant hereto by an authorized representative of Nu Skin, which will oc- cur only after (i) confirmation by Nu Skin that you are a Distributor, and (ii) approval by Nu Skin. YOU WARRANT THAT YOU SHALL USE THE SCANNER PRIMARILY FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES AND NOT FOR PERSONAL, FAMILY OR OTHER PURPOSES. YOU FURTHER WARRANT THAT YOU SHALL ONLY USE THE SCANNER FOR THE PURPOSES EXPRESSLY ALLOWED
Lease and License. Company hereby leases to Client and Client hereby leases from Company the Product(s) identified in the Agreement subject to and upon the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and solely in connection with the use of the Services and no other software. For the Term of this Agreement, Company grants Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product and Services (as defined herein).
Lease and License a. The Town leases to NEPC the Residence, Driveway and Parking Area. NEPC agrees that the Residence, Driveway and Parking Area shall be used by NEPC only for carrying out its prayer, worship and spiritual services, as further set forth in the Certificate of Incorporation and as permitted by the P&Z Approval, and as a dwelling for Xxxxxx and Xxxx. NEPC agrees not to authorize or permit anyone other than Xxxxxx and Xxxx to reside or stay in the Residence, except for occasional visits by guest speakers and the Blazes’ friends and family not to exceed one month in duration. The Parties acknowledge and agree that, since improvements and construction of a prayer center will not happen, certain conditions in the P&Z Approval relating thereto, including proposed plans, on-site sewage disposal and storm water mitigation and underground utilities, are not applicable and the Town will not take any action to enforce those conditions of the P&Z Approval.
Lease and License. Top Source agrees to lease to Customer, and to license to Customer on a nonexclusive basis, and Customer agrees to so lease and license from Top Source, by March 30, 2000, thirty (30) MotorCheck(TM)/TruckCheck(TM) Analyzers including the Confidential Information and other proprietary technology incorporated therein ("the OSA"), all on the terms and conditions set forth herein. The OSA shall be used solely at Customer facilities operated under the "Speedco" name, (the "Site"). The OSA's shall be used with due care solely in accordance with any operating manual or other instructions (including any site specifications and maintenance procedures) provided by Top Source, and solely for the purpose(s) of testing and analyzing ("Oil Analysis") used lubrication fluids (excluding lubrication fluids for airplanes).
Lease and License. Slough hereby leases to Ligand and Ligand leases from Slough the Improved Lot and the Building upon the terms, conditions and provisions of the Lease, all of which provisions are hereby incorporated into this Memorandum of Lease. Slough also grants to Ligand a license to enter upon and use Lot 14, which license is terminable as set forth in the Lease, upon the terms, conditions and provisions of the Lease. EXHIBIT “B”
