Late Starting of employees shall be treated as follows:
Late Starting. Late starting up to three minutes shall not be taken into account when calculating pay. Employees more than three minutes late shall lose fifteen minutes; employees more than eighteen minutes late shall lose one-half hour and so on for each, fifteen minute period. No employee reporting late for work will be required to start work until the end of the penalty peri- od. Unless a supervisor can verify that an employee has begun work on time, any employee neglecting to punch in or out will be one-quarter hour for the first omis- sion in any pay period. Any subsequent omissions in the same pay period will be one-half hour for each omission. This provision shall not apply when the employee’s clock card is not in the rack, provided the employee reports the missing card immediately to his Supervisor.
Late Starting. Entertainmentpro will not be liable for any refund, in part or whole, where ‘we’ are late accessing the venue and setting up purely because of earlier events over-running, or where ‘we’ are prevented from accessing, setting up or providing our professional services by the venue management. Neither will Entertainmentpro be obligated to provide an extension to the agreed timescale on a pro-rata basis in these circumstances.
Late Starting. Late starting is defined as failing to report to work on time at the start of a shift or failing to report to work on time at the end of a lunch break. Employees are subject to the disciplinary procedure when late twice in a one week period (seven calendar days), or four times in a one month period (30 calendar days).

Related to Late Starting

  • Late Arrival Fees are calculated according to the times stipulated in the schedule and no adjustment shall be made for time lost because of late arrival by the Student. Any lost time because of the late arrival of the Tutor shall be compensated for by extending a lesson by mutual agreement and by such amount of time that was lost.

  • Work Year The full-time work year for all employees employed in EA and ECE job classes shall be a minimum of 194 work days to correspond with the school year calendar.

  • Length of School Year 4.6.1 Except where reduced by any lawful decision of the employer to close the school to students, the length of the school year for each school shall be determined according to the requirement that schools are required to be open for at least 380 half days in any one calendar year.

  • Base Term Commencing on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, the defined term “Base Term” on page 1 of the Lease is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Monthly Base Rent On each Due Date, each Lessee shall pay to the Lessor the Monthly Base Rents that have accrued during the Related Month with respect to all Vehicles that were leased by such Lessee under this Operating Lease on any day during the Related Month;

  • Minimum Monthly Rent 3.1.1 Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord a Minimum Monthly Rent, initially in the amount set forth in the Basic Provisions, during each month of the Term of this Lease. Minimum Monthly Rent for a period constituting less than a full month shall be prorated on the basis of a thirty (30)-day month.

  • Late Fee All overdue accrued and unpaid interest to be paid hereunder shall entail a late fee at an interest rate equal to the lesser of 18% per annum or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law (the “Late Fees”) which shall accrue daily from the date such interest is due hereunder through and including the date of actual payment in full.

  • Late Arrivals If you plan to arrive more than five (5) days after your Move-In Date, you must notify Student Housing and Community Services in writing. If you do not move into your accommodation within five (5) days of your Move-In Date, this Contract may be cancelled and your accommodation will be reassigned without further notice.

  • School Year That period of time when school is in session as set forth in the school calendar adopted by the Board.

  • Work Period The normal work period shall consist of forty (40) hours of work within a seven (7) day period or eighty (80) hours of work within a fourteen (14) day period.
