Late or Non-Payments. In addition to any other rights and remedies available to Affiliate under this Agreement (and not in lieu thereof), any amounts that are not paid by Programmer after the date payment is due pursuant to Section 2.1 shall accrue interest at the rate of one percent (1%) per month or at the highest lawful rate, whichever shall be the lesser, from the date such amounts were due until they are paid. Programmer shall be liable for all reasonable costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable court costs and attorneys’ fees) incurred by Affiliate in collecting any past due payments.
Late or Non-Payments. SESAC shall have the right to impose a late payment charge of one percent (1%) per month for any license fee payment that is not subject to a reasonable good faith dispute and that is more than thirty (30) days past due, calculated from the date such payments were due. SESAC shall also have the right to impose a charge of $35.00 for each dishonored check or other form of payment. LICENSEE shall have the right to impose a late payment charge of one percent (1%) per month for any amounts payable by SESAC under Section 4.C that are not subject to a reasonable good faith dispute and that are more than thirty (30) days past due, calculated from the date such payments were due. In the event a Party incurs any expenses in connection with the collection of any amounts past due to it hereunder, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, the late-paying Party shall be responsible for promptly paying such amounts to the collecting Party.
Late or Non-Payments. You may be billed fees, charges, and assessments related to late or non-payments if for any reason (a) HTC does not receive payment for the Services by the payment due date or (b) you pay less than the full amount due for the Services.
Late or Non-Payments. Any amounts that are not subject to a bona fide dispute by DIRECTV and not paid by DIRECTV after (i) the date payment is due pursuant to the first sentence of Section 2.1 and (ii) [***] after DIRECTV’s receipt of written notice from Programmer of such failure by DIRECTV, shall accrue interest at the rate of [***] or the maximum allowed by law, whichever shall be the lesser, from the date such amounts were due until they are paid.
Late or Non-Payments. Any amounts not paid hereunder by the date payment is due, and which are not paid within ten Business Days after receipt of a notice from the obligee thereof stating that such amounts have not been paid and are overdue, shall, at Programmer's option, accrue interest at the rate of one percent (1%) per month or at the highest lawful rate, whichever shall be the lesser, from the date notice was given that such amounts were overdue until they are paid. "Business Day" shall mean a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or day on which banks are generally closed for business in the State of California.

If you are late in payment, or fail to make any payment (in whole or in part), other than through ChargePoint's failure to xxxx your designated payment method/provider and collect payment through your ChargePoint account as described in Section 2.d., you may be billed fees, charges, and assessments related to such late or non- payment.
Late or Non-Payments. Any amounts that are not subject to a bona fide dispute by Affiliate and not paid by Affiliate after (i) the date payment is due pursuant to the first sentence of Section 2.1 and (ii) ten (10) days after Affiliate's receipt of written notice from Programmer of such failure by Affiliate, shall accrue interest at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum or at the highest lawful rate, whichever shall be the lesser, from the date such amounts were due until they are paid.
Late or Non-Payments. You agree to pay Armstrong all fees or charges for the Service, including any late fees and related fees, charges, and assessments due to late payments or non-payments. You may be charged such fees, charges, and assessments (i) if for any reason Armstrong does not receive from you any required payment for the Service by the date on which the payment is due; (ii) if you pay less than the full amount due for the Service; or (iii) if Armstrong provides you more than one product or service and you pay less than the full amount due for any or all of them. In such circumstances, Armstrong may also disconnect any or all Armstrong and Armstrong-affiliated products and services. Before disconnected Services are reconnected, you may be required to pay a reconnection fee in addition to all past-due charges. You can find more information on our late fees and other additional charges in the price list; any new or changed fees will be posted in the price list before they are assessed. Xxxxxxxxx’x late fee practices may be revised to comply with applicable state or local laws, rules, or regulations.
