Paying Party definition

Paying Party has the meaning set forth in Section 10.4.

  • Such Receiving Party will, at the Paying Party’s reasonable written request, in good faith and at such Paying Party’s expense, contest such Tax claim (or, if such Receiving Party prefers, such Receiving Party shall permit such Paying Party to contest it in the name of such Receiving Party).
