Common use of Labour Relations Committee Clause in Contracts

Labour Relations Committee. There will be a Labour Relations Committee consisting of three (3) representatives from the Union and up to three (3) representatives from the Employer. Meetings will be held at least three (3) times per year. Agenda items must be received by the Chair at least seven (7) working days prior to the meeting. Members shall receive a finalized written Agenda from the Chair at least three (3) working days in advance of the meetings. The Chair will alternate and each party will receive copies of the minutes.
