KEY PICK UP. Renter agrees to pick up the key at the Danville Library during regular operating hours Monday – Friday 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. or Saturday 10:00 a.m. – Noon. When leaving, put the key and the completed Activity Room checklist in the outside blue Library book drop box on the south side of the building.
KEY PICK UP. The Applicant must pick up the key to the facility from the Town Clerk during normal business hours, unless other arrangements have been made with the Town Clerk. Arrangements should be made at least one week prior to the event. Xxxx must be returned promptly following the event. You may return keys in the drop box at the back of the building. If keys are lost, the Applicant shall bear the entire cost of changing the locks and replacing all keys.

ALCOHOL POLICY – Renter agrees to declare their intent to serve alcohol at their event when booking the room. Renter agrees that beer, wine, and champagne are the only alcoholic beverages that may be served. No alcoholic beverages may be sold under any circumstances. No kegs and no hard liquor are allowed or the surrounding area outside. The undersigned further agrees that no alcoholic beverages of any sort will be served to any minor or intoxicated person, and Renter accepts all responsibility for assuring compliance. The undersigned agrees to be fully responsible for all accidents or claims that may arise as a result of any accident, injury, or damage to persons or property during the time that the undersigned has the Activity Room rented. SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT – No smoking shall be permitted inside the building or anywhere on Danville Station property. DECORATIONS – Decorations are allowed in the Activity Room only, not in the hallway. Renter agrees not to use duct tape or scotch tape. No decorations are to be attached to the wall or ceiling. No candles or other open flames. No birdseed, confetti or glitter is to be used inside the building. Round white/black tablecloths are available to rent for $10.00 each. CLEANING – It is the responsibility of the Renter to restore the rental area to the condition existing prior to the Renter’s occupancy. A cleanup checklist is provided. Failure to sweep and mop the floors will result in an additional fee of $100.00.
KEY PICK UP. The Cabin keys will be located at the Westlake Police Department, 00000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Westlake, Ohio (corner of Xxxxxxxx Boulevard and Dover Center Road, behind the Board of Education Building). Keys shall be picked up at the Westlake Police Department and promptly returned to the Westlake Police Department after rental period. Identification and copy of the Rental Agreement are required to be presented to Westlake Police Department personnel in order for keys to be released to Renter. Key may be picked up fifteen minutes prior to the rental time from Westlake Police Department.

The Company acknowledges and agrees that, prior to the effective date of any release or waiver of the restrictions set forth in this paragraph 3 or paragraph 7 below, the Company shall announce the impending release or waiver by press release through a major news service at least two Business Days before the effective date of the release or waiver. Any release or waiver granted shall only be effective two Business Days after the publication date of such press release. The provisions of this paragraph will not apply if the release or waiver is effected solely to permit a transfer not for consideration and the transferee has agreed in writing to be bound by the same terms described in this Agreement to the extent and for the duration that such terms remain in effect at the time of the transfer.

  • Lock-Up Subscriber acknowledges that the Securities will be subject to lock-up provisions (the “Lock-up”) contained in the Insider Letter.

  • Stockholder Lock-Ups The Company has caused to be delivered to you prior to the date of this Agreement a letter, in the form of Exhibit A hereto (the “Lock-Up Agreement”), from each individual or entity listed on Schedule IV. The Company will enforce the terms of each Lock-Up Agreement and issue stop-transfer instructions to the transfer agent for the Common Stock with respect to any transaction or contemplated transaction that would constitute a breach of or default under the applicable Lock-Up Agreement.

  • Bargaining Unit Roster Upon the signing of this Agreement and monthly thereafter, the Employer shall supply to the Union via a secured method an alphabetical list of all employees covered by this Agreement. The list shall include the name, address, employee identification number, date of hire, rehire date (if applicable), shift, FTE, job classification, department cost center number, unit, hourly rate of pay and monthly gross earnings. Each month, the Employer will provide a list of new hires and addresses, and a list of all employees who have terminated during the month via a secured method. The new hire and termination lists shall include the same data as the monthly employee roster except for monthly gross earnings. The termination list shall include the termination date. Within ninety (90) days of ratification, Swedish Medical Center and SEIU 1199NW will convene a work group including HRIS expert to explore a method for the Employer to provide a list of all employment changes for bargaining unit employees, via a secure site.

  • Automatic Renewal Clauses Incorporated in Awarded Vendor Agreements with TIPS Members Resulting from the Solicitation and with the Vendor Named in this Agreement. No Agreement for goods or services with a TIPS Member by the awarded vendor named in this Agreement that results from the solicitation award named in this Agreement, may incorporate an automatic renewal clause that exceeds month to month terms with which the TIPS Member must comply. All renewal terms incorporated in an Agreement by the vendor with the TIPS Member shall only be valid and enforceable when the vendor receives written confirmation by purchase order, executed Agreement or other written instruction issued by the TIPS Member for any renewal period. The purpose of this clause is to avoid a TIPS Member inadvertently renewing an Agreement during a period in which the governing body of the TIPS Member has not properly appropriated and budgeted the funds to satisfy the Agreement renewal. This term is not negotiable and any Agreement between a TIPS Member and a TIPS awarded vendor with an automatic renewal clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.

  • SDBE The Contractor shall comply with all applicable provisions of Article III of Chapter 18 of the Durham City Code (Equal Business Opportunities Ordinance), as amended from time to time. The failure of the Contractor to comply with that article shall be a material breach of contract which may result in the rescission or termination of this contract and/or other appropriate remedies in accordance with the provisions of that article, this contract, and State law. The Participation Plan submitted in accordance with that article is binding on the Contractor. Section 18-59(f) of that article provides, in part, “If the City Manager determines that the Contractor has failed to comply with the provisions of the Contract, the City Manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of the deficiencies. The Contractor shall have 14 days, or such time as specified in the Contract, to cure the deficiencies or establish that there are no deficiencies.” It is stipulated and agreed that those two quoted sentences apply only to the Contractor’s alleged violations of its obligations under Article III of Chapter 18 and not to the Contractor’s alleged violations of other obligations.

  • Back-Up Contractor shall maintain a separate back-up system for its electronic data processing functions and a duplicate data file which is updated regularly and stored off-site in a secured, controlled environment. Contractor’s back-up system shall comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including, those relating to privacy and confidentiality, and shall be designed to meet or exceed industry standards regarding the preservation of access to data.

  • Positions outside the Bargaining Unit (a) An employee may substitute temporarily in a position outside the bargaining unit for up to fifteen (15) months from the date of the assignment. Bargaining unit employees shall be given the first opportunity to fill the resulting vacancy. The employee shall have the right to return to her or his bargaining unit position prior to the expiry of the fifteen (15) month period by giving the Employer six (6) weeks’ notice. Where an employee is backfilling outside of the bargaining unit for purposes of pregnancy and/or parental leave, the period of time will be extended up to nineteen (19) months from the date of the assignment. An employee who remains outside of the bargaining unit beyond the period covered by this article shall lose all seniority. When the employee returns to the bargaining unit, all other employee(s) shall revert to their previous positions. An employee must remain in the bargaining unit for a period of at least three (3) months before transferring out of the bargaining unit again or she or he will lose all seniority held at the time of the subsequent transfer unless the parties agree otherwise.
