Key Customers and Key Suppliers. Except as set forth in Section 3.21 of the Seller Disclosure Schedules, as of the date hereof, none of the Key Customers or Key Suppliers has terminated its relationship with the Rolling Mill Business or notified Seller, the Company or any Rolling Mill Affiliate in writing of its intention to terminate or not renew its relationship with the Rolling Mill Business following expiration or termination of its existing Contract with the Rolling Mill Business.
Key Customers and Key Suppliers. (a) Schedule 5.10(a)(i) sets forth a list of the names of the ten (10) largest customers of the Mediasite Business (measured by dollar volume of sales) (the "Key Customers"), in each case during the 12 months ended September 30, 2023. Except as set forth in Schedule 5.10(a)(ii), no Mediasite Company is engaged in any dispute related to the Mediasite Business with any Key Customer, and no Key Customer has provided written notice that it intends to terminate or materially and adversely alter its relationship with the Mediasite Business.

Key Customers and Key Suppliers. Full and accurate details of each Key Customer and Key Supplier (including the type of goods and/or services supplied to or obtained from it, and the aggregate value of sales to or purchases from it in the financial year ended on 31 December 2013 and in the current financial year) and the principal terms of all Contracts with Key Customers and Key Suppliers (including any restrictions imposed on any party to them), are set out in the Disclosed Information.
Key Customers and Key Suppliers. (a) Schedule 4.27(a) sets forth a true, correct and complete list of the ten (10) largest vendors and/or suppliers of raw materials, supplies, merchandise and other goods and services (collectively, “Goods”) to the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ during the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019 (measured by dollar volume of purchases) (collectively, the “Key Suppliers”) and the dollar amount for which each such Key Supplier invoiced the Company or its Subsidiaries during such period. The Company and its Subsidiaries have not had any material quality control deficiencies with the Goods currently being supplied or on order from any of the Key Suppliers. Since January 1, 2020, no Key Supplier has (i) canceled, terminated, or materially modified, or threatened in writing (including via email) to cancel, terminate or materially modify its Contract, if any, with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, (ii) refused, or threatened in writing (including via email) to refuse, to supply Goods to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or (iii) breached or threatened in writing (including via email) to breach or repudiate its obligations to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in any material respect. 37
Key Customers and Key Suppliers. Section 4.19 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule sets forth a complete and correct list of (a) the top 20 customers of the Business based upon revenue generated therefrom in the first two quarters of fiscal year 2007 (the “Key Customers”) and sets forth opposite the name of such Key Customer the approximate amount of revenue attributable to such Key Customer during such period, and (b) the top 10 suppliers of the Business based upon aggregate amounts paid thereto by the Business in the first two quarters of fiscal year 2007 (the “Key Suppliers”) and sets forth opposite the name of such Key Supplier the approximate aggregate amounts paid by the Business to such Key Supplier during such period. Except as set forth in Section 4.19 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule, since December 31, 2006, (x) no Key Customer or Key Supplier has cancelled or otherwise terminated its relationship, with the Seller with respect to the Business, in each case, with written or, to the Seller’s Knowledge, other, notification, (y) the Seller has not received any written or, to the Seller’s Knowledge, other, notice from any Key Customer or Key Supplier to the effect that any such Key Customer or Key Supplier intends to (i) terminate or adversely modify the material commercial terms of its relationship with the Seller with respect to the Business or (ii) initiate a bidding or rebidding process or request proposals with respect to any business currently provided by the Business and (z) the Seller has not been involved in any material dispute with a Key Customer or Key Supplier with respect to the Business.
