Inspector. An authorized representative of the Owner or Engineer assigned to make all necessary inspections and/or tests of the work performed or being performed, or of the materials furnished or being furnished by the Contractor.

Inspector agrees to perform a visual inspection of the home/building and to provide CLIENT with a written inspection report identifying the defects that INSPECTOR both observed and deemed material. INSPECTOR may offer comments as a courtesy, but these comments will not comprise the bargained-for report. The report is only supplementary to the seller’s disclosure.
Inspector. The CRA may place an inspector on the property during the Project to ensure proper expenditure of the funds provided under this Agreement. The CRA does not assume any liability for the quality of the work performed or injuries incurred during the Project.
