INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to interfere with or otherwise affect the rendering of services by HMG in accordance with the independent professional judgment of each of its employees. HMG shall perform the services rendered in accordance with accepted principals of its profession. HMG personnel are subject to the rules and regulations of any and all licensing and professional organizations or associations to which those personnel may from time to time belong, and the laws and regulations in the locale of the services performed for the Project.
INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to interfere with or otherwise affect the rendering of services by Consultant in accordance with the independent professional judgment of each of its employees. Consultant shall perform the services rendered in accordance with accepted principals of its profession. Consultant personnel are subject to the rules and regulations of any and all licensing and professional organizations or associations to which those personnel may from time to time belong, and the laws and regulations of the State of North Dakota.
INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT. Nothing contained herein is intended to interfere with the exercise of independent professional judgment by Ministry or the independent contractors. Ministry and independent contractors are not engaged in the practice of medicine.
INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to interfere with or otherwise affect the rendering of services by Aon in accordance with the independent professional judgment of each of its employees. Aon shall require its personnel to perform the services rendered in accordance with accepted principals of its industry in the State of North Dakota. Aon personnel are subject to the rules and regulations of any and all licensing and professional organizations or associations to which those personnel may from time to time belong, and the laws and regulations in the State of North Dakota.
INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT. The Congressman shall at all times exercise independent professional judgment and shall assume full responsibility for the service to be provided and the work to be completed.
INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT. Each Law Firm Representative reserves the right to exercise his or her or its independent professional judgment in advising individual clients on their courses of action with respect to their respective Asbestos Claims, the Master Settlement Documentation, and the transactions contemplated therein, and specifically does not rely on the Claimants Representative Committee or the Claimants Representative Committee Members for any fact, information, data or recommendation in deciding whether or not to enter into this Master Settlement Agreement, such decision being the sole decision of the Law Firm Representative.
INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to interfere with or otherwise affect the rendering of services by Law Firm in accordance with the independent professional judgment of each of its partners, associates or employees. Law Firm shall require its personnel to perform the services rendered in accordance with accepted principals of legal practice in the State of Minnesota. Law Firm personnel are subject to the rules and regulations of any and all licensing and professional organizations or associations to which those personnel may from time to time belong, and the laws and regulations governing the practice of law in the State of Minnesota.
INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT. The Parties acknowledge and agree that all Services provided hereunder are the responsibility of Provider, Provider shall maintain full control and discretion over its exercise of professional judgment, and Provider shall have sole and complete responsibility to ensure that all Services performed by Provider and its agents are consistent with accepted standards of professional practice. In the event that Provider disagrees with a decision made by GuildNet or any other payor, Provider understands that its obligations shall be to appeal such decision under procedures provided by the applicable entity and notwithstanding such decision to provide the Services in accordance with Provider's own best professional judgment.
INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT. Player shall use independent professional judgment in provided the services and performing as required in accordance with the terms and provisions contained in this Agreement, and this Agreement shall in no way constrain the exercise of Player’s independent professional judgment, so long as such judgment is consistent with sound professional practice, the terms of this Agreement and any rules and regulations set forth by GPL relating to the performance of such duties in accordance with all applicable federal, state, or local laws and all applicable professional standards of care.
INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to interfere with or otherwise affect the rendering of services by the Engineering Consultant in accordance with the independent professional judgment of each of its employees. The Engineering Consultant shall perform the services rendered in accordance with accepted principals of its profession. The Engineering Consultant’s personnel are subject to the rules and regulations of any and all licensing and professional organizations or associations to which those personnel may from time to time belong, and the Laws and Regulations in the locale of the services performed for a project.
