Immediate Family Members. The term “Immediate Family Members” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8(b) of this Agreement.
Immediate Family Members. Immediate family members will not be permitted to work in the same food service kitchen unless working together prior to the 1990-1991 school year. However, immediate family member(s) shall not work in the same food service location where one (1) family member is responsible for the supervision of another employee who is a family member.

Immediate Family Members. You acknowledge that you could circumvent the purpose of this Agreement by disclosing Confidential Information to an immediate family member (i.e., spouse, parent, sibling, child, or grandchild). You also acknowledge that it would be difficult for us to prove whether you disclosed the Confidential Information to family members. Therefore, you agree that you will be presumed to have violated the terms of this Agreement if any member of your immediate family uses or discloses the Confidential Information in an unauthorized manner. However, you may rebut this presumption by furnishing evidence conclusively showing that you did not disclose the Confidential Information to the family member.
Immediate Family Members. In the event of death of a full time employee’s parent, including xxxxxx or step-parent, spouse, children, step-children, brother or sister, mother in law, father in law, sister in law, brother in law, grandparent, grandchild, son in law, or daughter in law, the employee shall receive leave with pay, at the employee’s regular rate, for a maximum of three (3) days.
Immediate Family Members. An employee who is absent from work due to the death of a member of his/her immediate family shall be entitled to a paid bereavement leave, not to exceed four (4) work days. An "Immediate Family member" shall include: current spouse, child, step-child, daughter-in-law, parent, sister, brother, son-in-law, grandchild, grandparent, parent/grandparent of spouse, step-parent, step- brother, and step-sister.
