Residing with or “reside together” means living with, including taking meals together and sleeping in the same house.
Residing with means living with on a regular basis, including taking meals together and sleeping in the same home;
Residing with means living in a household which provides shelter and care to a child during the non-working hours of the child’s parent or guardian.
