It is, therefore, a basic requirement that each supervisor make the safety and health of employees an integral part of his/her regular management function. It is equally the duty of each employee to accept and follow established safety regulations and procedures. Employees are expected to assist the Employer in injury and illness prevention activities. Unsafe conditions must be reported as soon as possible to the employee’s immediate supervisor. Fellow employees that need help should be assisted. Any injury that occurs on the job must be reported to the employee’s supervisor and Human Resources as soon as possible.
