Housekeeper. Following your repatriation by us following an illness linked to an epidemic or a pandemic, if you cannot perform your usual household chores, we look for, arrange and cover assistance from a housekeeper, within the limit indicated in Table of Guarantees. Housekeeper. 12.06 The Employer shall prepare, maintain and post the seniority list by within District and within classification. The initial seniority list shall be prepared and posted conspicuously in all buildings of the district within forty-five (45) work days after the effective date of this Agreement with revisions and updates prepared and posted by October 15th annually thereafter. A copy of the seniority list and subsequent revisions shall be furnished to the Association. It shall be the responsibility of the Association to review the seniority list as issued by the Employer and to notify the Employer of any errors therein within twenty (20) workdays of its issuance.

  • Housekeeping There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, soap is provided. There is a $_CleaningFee_ one time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the removal of excessive sand.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Technicians A G.S.E. Coordinator also may be required to perform Technician's work in the G.S.E. shop.

  • Janitorial Landlord shall furnish, without additional charge, janitorial services for general cleaning of the Premises. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts when selecting vendors to provide janitorial services in an effort to secure vendors with honest and efficient employees. Tenant agrees to report promptly to Landlord any neglect of duty or any incivility on the part of such vendors which in any way interferes with the full enjoyment of the Premises rented by the Tenant.

  • Uniforms If an employee is required, by the Employer, to wear a uniform, such uniform shall be issued to the employee.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Technical Training 3.1 Party A agrees hereby to provide the following training service to party B and its staffs:

  • Trainings iv. Appointment of any length involving two (2) or more Consumers who might need to split up to join different trainings, group discussions, etc.

  • Design Professional The architect or engineer or architectural or engineering firm selected by Owner (i) for the design and preparation of Contract Documents governing the construction of a Project, or (ii) for construction contract administration under the Contract Documents, or (iii) for both, all such services and the scope thereof to be set forth in the Design Professional Contract. The Design Professional is not an employee of the Owner but is engaged or retained by it for the purpose of performing design and construction administration services for the project. The term “Design Professional” includes architects, engineers, surveyors, designers, and other consultants retained by the Design Professional.

  • Uniforms and Protective Clothing 28.1 Where the employer requires an employee to wear a uniform, it shall be provided free of charge, but shall remain the property of the employer.
