Technicians means individuals inpositions that include activities requir- ing applied scientific skills, usually ob- tained by post secondary education of varying lengths, depending on the par- ticular occupation, recognizing that in some instances additional training, certification, or comparable experience is required. Examples of these types of positions include: Drafters; emergency medical technicians; chemical techni- cians; and broadcast and sound engi- neering technicians.
