Common use of Health Club Membership Clause in Contracts

Health Club Membership. The City shall contribute Twenty Five Dollars ($25) per month to represented employees who are members of a health club. The reimbursements may be paid quarterly in the same fiscal year that the expenses were incurred. This does not cover initiation fees. This reimbursement is contingent upon submission of a receipt to the City, by the employee, for payment of the quarterly dues.
