HEALTH AND SAFETY PROVISION. 1. The Employer shall be responsible to ensure and maintain conditions of employment that are free of hazards that are causing or are likely to cause accident, injury, or illness to employees. The Employer's Occupational Safety and Health program shall comply with the requirements of ORC 4167.
HEALTH AND SAFETY PROVISION. Subcontractor shall perform the Work in accordance with the statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations of any and all federal, state, local, municipal or other agencies having jurisdiction over the Work and at the Project and in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations.
