Group C4. Apart from above; consignments of height above 3.5 mtrs & up to 4.35 mtrs shall fall in this group. The scope of this group shall cover transportation from anywhere to anywhere in India. There are three subcategories in this group and is as follows:- Single piece consignment weighing upto 21 MT and height above 3.5 mtrs & up to 4.35 mtrs. - in this case freight will be paid for 21 MT or the loading capacity of the vehicle placed (as per RC), whichever is lower. In case the gross weight of consignments is more than 21 MT and upto 35 MT, the payment will be made for actual weight. However this will be considered only if the loading capacity of the vehicle is higher than or equal to actual weight and transporter will be required to attach self attested copy of RC in proof of the same along with his bill. Single piece consignment weighing above 21 MT & up to 27 MT and height above 3.5 mtrs & up to 4.35 mtrs.- Freight will be paid for 27 MT or the loading capacity of the vehicle placed (as per RC), whichever is lower. Loading capacity of vehicle will be based on Gross Vehicle Weight (Laden weight) and Unladen weight mentioned on RC. In case the gross weight of consignments is more than 27 MT and up to 35 MT, the payment will be made for actual weight. However this will be considered only if the loading capacity of the vehicle is higher than or equal to actual weight and transporter will be required to attach self attested copy of RC in proof of the same along with his bill. Single piece consignment weighing above 27 MT & up to 35 MT and height above 3.5 mtrs & up to 4.35 mtrs. - Freight will be paid for 35 MT or the loading capacity of the vehicle placed (as per RC), whichever is lower. Transporter will be required to get copy of RC verified before loading of vehicle with loading plan. Loading capacity of vehicle will be based on Gross Vehicle Weight (Laden weight) and Unladen weight mentioned on RC.

  • Group RRSP 24:01 The University agrees to provide a Group RRSP (GRRSP) with the following features:

  • Group Life (a) The Employer shall provide a mutually acceptable Group Life Plan with benefits equivalent to twice an Employee's annual salary, (for Employees aged under 45, three (3) times the Employee's annual salary) with a sixty thousand ($60,000) dollar minimum. The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premium on the sixty thousand dollar ($60,000) base and the Employee shall pay the premium for any insurance over sixty thousand dollars ($60,000).

  • Group A series of commodities with applicable commodity codes which are described in Attachment A under Price Sheet.

  • Group Grievance Where a number of employees have identical grievances and each employee would be entitled to grieve separately they may present a group grievance in writing signed by each employee who is grieving to the Administrator or her designate within ten (10) days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have occurred or ought reasonably to have come to the attention of the employee(s). The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step No. 1 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the processing of such grievance.

  • Group Grievances No more than five (5) grievants will be permitted to attend grievance meetings.

  • Group, Unit or Team Leader Whenever an employee is assigned additional responsibility to direct, supervise or oversee work of employees within her or his classification, and/or be assigned overall responsibility for patient care on the unit, xxxx, or area, for a tour of duty, the employee shall be paid a premium of seventy cents (70¢) per hour in addition to her or his regular salary and applicable premium allowance.

  • Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan 9.9.1 The College agrees to implement a group Registered Retirement Savings Plan for participation by employees. For regular employees who wish to participate in the Plan, the College agrees to contribute the total amount of the annual contribution by the fifteenth of the first month of the Benefit Year. The employee shall repay that contribution through payroll deduction in equal instalments throughout the Benefit Year.

  • Optional Group Life Insurance Subject to the provisions of the Plan, eligible employees shall be entitled to purchase optional Group Life Insurance coverage in units of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) up to a maximum of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000). The employee shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums for the optional coverage.

  • Group Life Insurance The Hospital shall contribute one hundred percent (100%) toward the monthly premium of HOOGLIP or other equivalent group life insurance plan in effect for eligible full-time employees in the active employ of the Hospital on the eligibility conditions set out in the existing Agreements.

  • Unpaid Leave - Union Business (a) Short-term leave of absence without pay to a maximum of fourteen (14) days at one time shall be granted to employees designated by the Union to transact Union business including conventions and conferences unless this would unduly interrupt the operation of the department provided, however, that these designated employees shall be paid by the Employer for time lost in attending meetings during working hours whenever their attendance is requested by the Employer. The Union shall give reasonable notice to minimize disruption of the department and the Union shall make every effort to give a minimum of seven (7) days' notice.
