Grant's license. (a) ON Semiconductor hereby grants the Licensee a fully paid, non-refundable, non-exclusive, intolerable and unconnected software license to modify the software as needed to include Licensee Products that use work software, or interface only with products sold by Licensee or on behalf of ON Semiconductor (ON Products). b) In addition, ON Semiconductor provides the Licensee with a fully paid, non-refundable, non-transferable license: (i) use Content, including in the form of a modified licensee, using licensed products solely to allow such licensed products to operate or interact only with ON Semiconductor Products; Copy Content as needed for such use; and (iii) distribute only software and modified software in a format used by the machine, and Readable person, third-party end customers of the Licensee (Customer (s)) for use by such Customers strictly in conjunction with Licensee Products and solely for the purpose of granting such products a license to operate or interact with ON Semiconductor Products. c) Despite none of this, despite the opposite, there is no or the right of any kind is granted in this document by ON Semiconductor (or its licensees/suppliers) for the licensee to disclose, distribute or otherwise provide content, software or change (defined below) in a format, which is usually read and edited by people for Licensee clients or any third party, with the sole exception of the Licensee 'Licards' Consultants and Subcontractors (i), who must have access to such source code for the purposes of licensing the granting of this agreement, and (ii) who have entered into a written confidentiality agreement (NDA) with the Licensee, indicating that such source code is on the semiconductor of confidential information and preventing the unauthorized use or disclosure of such source code. , Software, or changes or any part of it to become the subject of the GNU General Public License (GPL), GNU Small General Public License (LGPL), Mozilla Public License (MPL), Art License, Apache License, Public License, IBM Public License, or any other open source license requiring the distribution of software or changes or any part of them in any code format.   • Grant of Licenses 9.1 We grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to (i) access our site through HTML links solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and (ii) solely in connection with such links, to use our logos, trade names, trademarks, and similar identifying material (collectively, the “Licensed Materials”) that we provide to you or authorize for such purpose. You are only entitled to use the Licensed Materials to the extent that you are a member in good standing of Xxxxxx’s Affiliate Program.   • Grant of License During the term of this Contract:

  • Perpetual License Notwithstanding anything else in the Agreement, Licensor grants to Licensee and Participating Institutions a nonexclusive, royalty-free, system-wide perpetual license limited to the territory of Czech Republic to use any Licensed Materials that were subscribed to or for which a perpetual license fee has been paid during the term of this Agreement. Such use shall be in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, which provisions shall survive any termination of this Agreement. The means by which Licensee and/or Participating Institutions shall have access to such Licensed Materials shall be in a manner and form substantially equivalent to the means by which access is provided under this Agreement. If the Licensor’s means of access is not available, the Licensee and/or Participating Institutions may provide substantially equivalent access to the Licensed Materials by use of an archival copy or by engaging the services of third-party trusted archives (such as Portico) and/or participating in collaborative archiving endeavors to exercise its perpetual use rights.

  • The License 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and in particular subject to the due fulfillment of all the obligations assumed towards Maha-Metro by the Licensee, Maha-Metro hereby grants and authorizes the Licensee to the following (the “Specified Purpose”) :
