Driver’s license definition

Driver’s license means a license issued by a State to any individual that authorizes the individual to oper- ate a motor vehicle on highways.
Driver’s license means a motor vehicle operators license or chauffeurs license issued by the State of Tennessee.
Driver’s license means a valid and current certificate, permit or license issued by a state or governmental agency, authorizing a person to operate a motor vehicle.
