GOLF TOURNAMENTS. It is agreed and understood that the Club holds the tournament organizer(s) responsible to communicate our policies and procedures to all participants. All organizer(s) are expected to report to the Pro Shop no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of a tournament, and to assist in assembling or substituting of groups for tee off as required. In this regard, it is understood that organizer(s) tee off last. There is a dress code in effect for the Golf Course at all times. No track pants, jeans/denims, cut offs, halter tops, or short shorts allowed. Only golf or soft soled shoes may be worn on the course. Golfers in violation of this code will be denied access to, or removed from the course. In case of removal, no refunds will be given. While all reasonable effort is made to run a tournament as scheduled, in the event of schedule conflicts or delays, the Club reserves the right to adjust tee off times without prior notice. Rain checks will be issued to individual players for green fees & carts if play has started (but has not exceeded 9 holes played) and cannot recommence on the same day due to inclement weather. The Club reserves the right to close the course or not allow power carts on the course due to ground conditions. If the course is closed prior to the start of your tournament, the function is considered cancelled and a full refund of all payments will be made.

GOLF TOURNAMENTS. Couples agrees to play a minimum of fifteen (15) regularly scheduled and sanctioned U.S. and/or international competitive golf events during each November 1 through October 31 twelve-month period through and including October 31, 2004 and a mutually agreed schedule no less than a reasonable tour exposure during the next seven years of this Agreement or through and including 2011. Couples and the Company agree that Couples may in his sole discretion elect to play fewer regularly scheduled and sanctioned golf events during the term of this Agreement, in which event his $1,000,000 annual cash compensation as described herein below shall be reduced proportionately. For example, if he plays in 75% of the required events, his $1,000,000 annual cash compensation payable under "Compensation" Paragraph 1 for that year shall be reduced by 25%.
GOLF TOURNAMENTS. For purposes of promoting the facility, the TOWN may from time to time join with the LESSEE in holding major golf tournaments of State and National significance.
GOLF TOURNAMENTS. Operator acknowledges that major tournaments are currently and customarily held at XxXxxx Golf Course and agrees to continue to accommodate and encourage such tournaments and favorably consider suggestions for additional events intended to accommodate the public, increase golf play at the demised premises, and otherwise mutually benefit the parties hereto. Operator shall schedule reserved starting times for tournaments in accordance with established procedures.

  • Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.

  • Technology Discoveries, innovations, Know-How and inventions, whether patentable or not, including computer software, recognized under U.S. law as intellectual creations to which rights of ownership accrue, including, but not limited to, patents, trade secrets, maskworks and copyrights developed under this Agreement.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Entertainment Costs of entertainment, including amusement, diversion, and social activities, and any costs directly associated with such activities (such as tickets to shows or sports events, meals, lodging, rentals, transportation, and gratuities) are unallowable.

  • Memberships The Company will reimburse the Employee for one professional membership which has a business related purpose and is approved by the Company.

  • Merchandising 15.01. Artist hereby grants G2 the exclusive right to manufacture, sell, license, distribute and exploit, through the Universe and by mail-order and through retail sources of, without limitation, all merchandise or every kind featuring the Artist (name/logo/likeness), during the term of this Agreement.
